I was born in Northern Saskatchewan, then was moved to BC at 3 months of age.
Growing up in Richmond, BC I was signed up for field hockey at a young age, which I
stayed with until my early 20s. I loved sports and played school rugby, football, and
volleyball. At a young age I also played badminton, and wasn’t too bad as I recall. I
may have to challenge Christal to a game one of these days!
I worked in construction in my 20s and early 30s before going back to school to learn
naturopathic medicine. After obtaining 3 years of university, I qualified to attend the
Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I returned to BC to finish the last
two years of my medical school training at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic
Medicine. I graduated in 2007 and got my BC naturopathic license the same year.
I moved to Alberta in July of 2024 after 15 years of running my own naturopathic clinic in
Abbotsford, BC. During this time, I doctored for a Junior A and a Junior B hockey team.
The first year I was with the Junior B team (the Pilots), we won the western
championships.
As a licensed naturopathic doctor I am trained as a primary care physician in western
medicine, which means being familiar with all types of western diagnosis and treatment.
I was also trained in Chinese Medicine (including acupuncture), modified chiropractic,
and homeopathy. Even though I do not use Chinese medicine and chiropractic manipulation in practice, I am glad I learned them so I can understand their strengths and weaknesses for my patients who
are experiencing, or wanting to experience, these modalities.
The majority of my practice involves treating hormone imbalances , including sex
hormones (male and female), thyroid hormones, adrenal hormones, and growth
hormone. I also work a lot with musculoskeletal issues, chronic and acute infections,
skin issues, toxicity issues (including heavy metals), and cardiovascular issues. I have
extensive experience in prolotherapy, naturopathic injections, ozone therapies, chelation
therapies, and IV therapies, and was certified to prescribe pharmaceutical medications
in BC, which is not yet permitted under an Alberta license.

Growing up on a farm in Saskatchewan, I learned the core values of community, wholesome food, and natural health from a young age. Those early lessons shaped a lifelong belief in the body’s inherent ability to heal itself, provided it is nurtured with the right tools and supported in addressing the root causes of health challenges, rather than merely masking symptoms.
With a deep commitment for wellness, I have spent my adult life dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health and wellness. My passion for learning and growth and helping people heal led me to train as a Live Blood Analyst 3 1/2 years ago. Adding this skill to my repertoire has provided invaluable insights into the health of one’s terrain and allows one to get at the heart of what is going on in the body. Since my initial training as a live blood analyst, I have furthered my expertise with an Advanced Blood Microscopy and Therapeutics certification, and specialized training with a renowned doctor from South Africa.
Understanding the complexities of the human body is an ongoing journey, and I embrace continuous learning to provide the best support for my clients. As a mother of six, I take a personal and compassionate approach to wellness, forming strong partnerships with those I work with and offering not just guidance, but encouragement and cheer along their healing paths.
I see every individual as unique, honoring the interconnectedness of the spirit, soul, and body. In my practice, I recognize the profound power within each drop of blood, viewing it as a window into each person’s story. I work alongside my clients to create a comprehensive healing plan tailored to their individual needs—one that supports their health at the cellular level and takes into account the full scope of their well-being.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that everyone is meant to live long, healthy, and abundant lives. It is an honor to assist my clients in unlocking their fullest potential and walking alongside them as they achieve greater wellness.
I invite you to connect with me to explore how we can work together to achieve your wellness goals.

Natalie Struber 500hr YT, Certified Sound Wellness Practitioner.
I was first introduced to yoga around 2008 after sustaining an injury at work. What I found was
completely unexpected, but very much welcomed. I was able to find relief from my pain and
found a deep sense of relaxation which also aided in the management of my autoimmune
disorder. I have found that coming back to my mat time and time again gave me the permission I
needed to take time out for myself. Yoga has affected my life in ways that I never imagined
possible. So much so, that I was moved to take my 200hr yoga teacher training. I have since
gone on to take my 300hr training as well. This journey has led me to seek out alternative ways
of creating calm in the body and the mind. I have recently earned my certification as a Sound
Wellness Practitioner. There are so many facets to both Yoga and Sound Wellness that I will
forever be a student of both practices and will always be willing to share my knowledge and
passion to anyone that is interested.

My earliest memories include creating, playing, teaching and otherwise being a rather odd child. One of my best friends was a young tree whom I entertained for hours on end with poetry, art and storytelling.
Today I get to play as Yoga teacher, triathlete, writer, artist, Intentional Creativity teacher, and Vedic Priest. I see myself as a modern renaissance woman, and I am happy to say I have become an even more odd adult . I am blessed to use all of these tools in a variety of ways to entertain myself and grow even further.
With joy comes healing. My goal is to spread joy. I support people as they build the skills of joy making. With those skills they can create joy for themselves and others in their lives. Then they can move forward to wherever they are called.
My classes, workshops and retreats provide a safe place to play, explore and experience new ways to express self. Students can expect to unravel mind, body and spirit while having fun and challenging old patterns.
The deepest joy arises when the people I connect with play with these tools and discover their own Wisdom. I believe we can all uncover our own power to make change and bring joy to the lives of our beloveds. This is how peace grows.
I want to start a joy revolution. I want my work to inspire you, to inspire others, who will inspire others. I want you to join me.
